Adult & Kids Sizes
At Zenni, our frame sizes for adults and kids are based on the frame front width, measured in millimeters. You can filter our glasses by size when shopping.
If You Currently Have Glasses
Measure Your Frame
Use a ruler or measuring tape to determine the width of your current glasses. Click here to learn more.
Frame Width
Measure horizontally across the entire front of the frame. Include any lug of hinge pieces that stick out on the sides.
If You Don't Have Glasses
Use Frame Cutouts
Download, print and cut out different frame sizes for adults and kids. Hold them up to your face and find the best size for you. Download the frame cutouts here.

Use Virtual Try-On
If you know your pupillary distance (PD) , the best way to see how a frame will actually look on your face is with our 3D Virtual Try-on tool.
How it works
1. Take a Video
We’ll record a short, 5-second video of your face with your desktop or mobile camera.
2. Add Scale
Have a credit card or similarly sized plastic card handy. You’ll be asked to hold it against your forehead to help us get accurate sizing (don’t worry—we don’t keep credit card info!
