In the event that you may need to return your glasses, please follow the simple steps below:
Call, chat, or email us within thirty (30) days of receiving your glasses to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and a courtesy Prepaid Shipping Label.
These items must be included in package:
- The eyeglasses, and any accessories you may be returning, in the hard plastic case that contained the glasses.
- If the return is for inspection, please include a brief description of the issue that caused you to return the glasses, and a copy of the prescription that your eye doctor provided. This is required to inspect the glasses and determine if they were made according to the doctor's prescription.
Returns should be sent to the address provided on your RA number and the label that is provided to you.
Glasses must be returned in their entirety (frames, lenses, eyeglass case, etc.)
Canadian Customers / Returns for Inspection: You must pay the shipping fee to mail the glasses to us. Please provide a receipt for your shipping. If the glasses are found to have a manufacturing defect, we will refund your shipping fee.
